Fantastic heaters and service

We bought 6 radiators from Best Heating and honestly, we couldn't be more happier with the result achieved. The heaters are well made, sturdy and most importantly, hot! We paid for next day delivery which was met and the rads were packaged well. We will be back to purchase more in the future.

Tall Slim Towel Radiator Order

The towel radiator we ordered was very quickly received. We also liked the wall fixings that went with the rail that is better than others I've used. There were, however, a few dents and marks on the rail. We decided not to return the item and hope the quality will withstand the test of time, as have had previous bad experiences with ones from other suppliers.

Only recieved 3 out of the 4 radiators…

Only recieved 3 out of the 4 radiators we purchased.A family member arranged to go to the house at the specified time to take the radiators in however, they arrived early and were just left in the garden which is unsecure.Have tried to get through to customer services multiple times and it just rings and rings

Great service

Ordered the radiator and was told delivery would be within 2-5 working days. The radiator and the valves arrived after 2 days. Very impressed with this level of service.

Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service. I ordered multiple designer radiators for a full home renovation and 2x were delivered incorrectly. This was confirmed over the phone and the company immediately arranged collection due to this being their error, at no charge. I was told to re order the radiators and they arrived. I was told I would be refunded on their return. The radiators have now been returned and I am left out of pocket as they are refusing to refund the entire cost. I would never use this company again and seems I will not see my money again either.

Brought 4 beautiful designer rads

Brought 4 beautiful designer radiators, good prices. Would of liked the delivery guy to to of removed the huge wooden pallet they arrived on though...

Milano Windsor double column white radiator

Arrived in good time. Love the radiator but only since it’s been fitted have we noticed a few faults with the paintwork - lesson learnt, should have inspected it more thoroughly before having it fitted. Otherwise ok.

Good quality not best service

Ok so I can’t complain about the quality of the radiators, however the service of them wasn’t great. The first time delivery was quick however misleading. I requested 5 radiators all horizontal and some of different width and height. 2/5 where what I wanted some were just vertical rads with brackets to adjust. This caused prom lens fitting and I never told this before delivery. I got a refund and swapped but it was pretty annoying I wasn’t told the orientation of the panels would differ.
